The force called "Mallika Manivannan"
For every single/simple venture she sets a bar that is very high upper than the normal high and swims/sails against/across to finish/fulfil it.
Our (nam) site started with a contest of massive order, with "unbaised/fair/clean contest evaluation of novels" as the motive to start with.
Then it rode to framing rules which don't hurt anyone's sentiments and those are fair deal for the host and the participants, to deciding on the prize money, mode of voting (third party voting calculation), to meticulous handling of the contest at every level which ran for more than a year now, to deciding the jury who can give fair judgments (Indra Soundarajan sir is a blessing in every sense which happened for our contest) and arranging the live for results announcements.. the journey was energy draining but nowhere she lost the cool or commitment.
Kudos, dearest! You rock, always! Stay this always!! <3
