Eswar realized his love only few days after marriage, but before he revealed he was testing himself by staying away from her... so that was not the right moment from his view to express love.

But still Rani ma's question is valid, all won't express once they fall in love, but once they fall in love the first expectation is reciprocation.... but why Eswar was not expecting that????

Malli clearly says about his marriage to varsh "Avanae ellavartaiyum sirapagatha nadathi kondan"... he planned and made his marriage happen, when his family members came to know they were not happy with it initially....

Don't support Eswar because he is the hero,

• In end part 1 of SJM he warns varsh that he will leave her for now but even if she marries someone he will be behind her
• Part 1 SJM, he tells Murali like if they dont get her married to him he will kidnap her...
• The whole of SJM2 is about how he plans to marry her
  • As soon as he returns in the first meeting he promises Varsh that he wont compel and marry her...
  • when Varsh tells about how his words disturbed her and how she had a bad 18th birthday, he tries all his means to make her forget her previous birthday events(by taking her to a voyage in sea with kids, he was damn sure that she wont say no with kids)
  • The first half of SJM2 is about how Eswar presents himself to Varsh..... how without forcing her he convinces her...

Yes Ranima is not taking about the time of marriage. Few days after marriage he realized his love, once he realized he didn't convey fine, but wasn't he expecting something like Varsh loving him back tooo... why that expectation was not with Eswar is the question....
