Milk 1Cup
Fresh Grated Coconut 1Cup
Ghee 1Cup
Sugar 3Cup
Besan/Kadalai mavu 1Cup
Cardamom Powder To Taste
In nonstick thick bottomed vessel/Kadai Add besan,ghee,grated fresh coconut,milk and sugar and mix well nicely with out any lumps.
Put it on low flame and let it cook.Keep stirring .
It slowly starts thickening.
Then stir continuously with a wooden spatula.
It starts to become thick and leave ghee.
Then remove it from the stove and pour it on a greased plate.
Then cut into pieces.
