Minced Mutton/Chicken Dosa – Mutton/Chicken Keema Dosai Recipe
This is a yummy dosa variety for non-veg lovers. Kids would also equally love it. Healthy, tasty and easy.
Ingredients
Minced Chicken – 250 g
Egg – 1
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (or as per your taste)
Trumeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon (or as per your taste)
Salt – as needed
Oil – as needed
Method
- Boil minced chicken with salt in a vessel or a kadai. (Don’t add so much water)
- Once the chicken is cooked, keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and turmeric powder, and fry for a few seconds and quickly add the cooked chicken.
- Sauté them all for a few minutes. Switch it off.
- Let it cool for some time, then add eggs to the content and mix it. (Just break the egg and pour it).
- Now spread the dosa batter in a tawa like you normally do a dosa, and spread the cooked minced chicken masala over the dosa, pour oil, cover and cook.
