Ways to Avoid Knee Pain /Injuries
Few habits incorporated in daily life can prevent knee damage. Firstly, know about your body and involve in physical activity,eating or working out, accordingly.

  1. Shoes:
Wear proper fitting shoes that would maintain your leg bone alignment and balance while you walk, sit, stand or run.

  1. Weight:
Obesity is a major cause for knee pain. Having a watch on your weight and planning the proper diet and exercises for reducing it will relieve knee of excessive pressure of handling your weight.

  1. Warm up first:
Before you start gyming or walking or jogging or swimming, do a simple warm up to flex and relax the muscles.

  1. Choose right exercise:
If you feel, certain exercises can be too heavy for knees, avoid them. Use those workout machines that would give less impact on your knees.

  1. Swimming and walking:
If you are not in a position to exercise hard or something, opt for swimming and walking. Early morning walking can be as good and refreshing as swimming.

  1. Physical Acitvity:
Make sure you are physically active too. Right from gardening to using the stairs to walking up to nearby shops to cycling for an hour everyday or cleaning, try doing by yourself. Sweat it out.
