Initially I was a little bit sad that Arvind got the baby from Lisa, but I think the love Arvind showers on the baby makes me feel that he would be a wonderful father to the baby.. Keerthi would be an awesome mom anyway. Now after knowing it's her brother's baby, she is going to be even more attached.
