Have you ever met a person above 50 years of age without ailing with knee pain? The answer is definitely no it won't take a long time to ask the same question by replacing 40 instead of 50. About 25 or 30 years ago, it was very rare, say one in a thousand or so, would have told about their knee or ankle pain. Why this change from rare to mass? It is not a one word answer. The following are some of the main reasons.

The above are the main causes for most of the disorders, especially that of mobility disorders the present day people suffer from.
