Today I planned to do சேப்பங்கிழங்கு roast for lunch. So I pressure cooked சேப்பங்கிழங்கு in cooker and stared to check the thread "Find the movie name part 10 thread" I was so involved to reply so I forgot to keep in mind the cooker whistle.


Finally சேப்பங்கிழங்கு got overcooked so changed my plan from சேப்பங்கிழங்கு roast to சேப்பங்கிழங்கு வடை.


This was the ingredients I used but turned out to be very yummy.

சேப்பங்கிழங்கு - 500 grams

பொட்டுக்கடலை மாவு - one cup(around 100 grams)

Onion - 1 big or 2 small

Chilly powder- 1 tsp

Gram masala- 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Curry leaves - one hand full

Coriander leaves - one hand full

Salt to taste

Oil for frying


செய்முறை


In a bowl mash சேப்பங்கிழங்கு so that there are so masses of it. Add salt, chilly power, gram masala, Ginger garlic paste, Onion and mix well. Then add the பொட்டுக்கடலை மாவு slowly and mix well. So add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. And check for taste. Now make into small vadai.Fry in hot oil. IMG_20190706_124011.jpg
